Gio.Exchange - Terms of Use and Service

1. Users must be over 18 years of age to register and operate on Gio.Exchange.
2. Gio.Exchange reserves the right to terminate accounts without prior notice for violating these terms.
3. All activity within the platform is monitored for compliance, fraud, and security.
4. Gio.Exchange does not offer financial advice. Use the platform at your own risk.
5. Withdrawals can only be made in the name of the account holder (KYC enforced).
6. For crypto withdrawals, users must submit proof of wallet ownership matching their KYC name.
7. For fiat withdrawals, only bank accounts under the user's verified name are accepted.
8. Users are fully responsible for securing their credentials and wallet access.
9. All deposits are final and non-refundable unless explicitly authorized by Gio.Exchange.
10. The platform may suspend trading or withdrawals during technical or security incidents.
11. Any use of VPNs, anonymizing services, or identity obfuscation tools may result in account suspension.
12. We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
13. All communications with Gio.Exchange must be conducted through official channels only.
14. Attempting to exploit system bugs or vulnerabilities is grounds for permanent ban and legal action.
15. Users are responsible for understanding local laws before trading crypto assets.
16. Multiple accounts for the same user are not allowed and may lead to account closure.
17. By using our services, users agree to provide true, complete, and current information at all times.
18. Gio.Exchange may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
19. All operations are high-risk and may result in total or partial financial loss.
20. Disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Malta or another designated region by Gio.Exchange.
